Thursday, April 2nd at 6:30PM, CCO will host “Christ in the Passover: A Presentation.” This powerful presentation, will demonstrate the link between the Jewish feast of Passover and the last supper Jesus shared with His disciples.

Join us for an explanation of the beautiful symbolism of the Jewish ceremony called a seder. We’ll weave the story of the exodus and freedom from slavery together with the messianic hope realized in Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. The words “do this in remembrance of me” will take on an even deeper meaning to Christians as we learn the significance of the tradition Jesus observed the night before He died and give us a closer look at the very Jewish life He led. Jewish or not, religious or not—all are welcome for this unforgettable, thought-provoking experience.We will be partaking in Communion together during service.

Friday, April 3rd at 6:30PM, CCO will host an in-person Good Friday service. We'll take time to reflect on the sacrifice Jesus made for us, partake in communion together and worship Him. We'll reflect on all the temporary items Jesus borrowed during Holy Week just to permanently take away our sin and give us life!

• Community Kids - Only Nursery (ages 0-2) will be open. Please register your children HERE in advance.

Easter Sunday worship services are at 8AM, 9:30AM and 11AM. We foresee the 9:30am service to be the busiest that day, if your schedule allows we would encourage you to attend either the 8am or 11am service. We will have an overflow room available.

This weekend in the cafe we will be serving Cinnamon Rolls!

In the cafe today all proceeds go towards our ministry partner Hosea's Heart. Hosea’s Heart is a safe home for girls who have been sexually exploited and girls at risk for abuse. Within a family-centered environment, our girls receive trauma-informed care, attend school, and grow together as sisters in a safe space, receiving holistic healing and hope. Learn More HERE.

Volunteers Needed!
We’re looking to build a small team of volunteers to help monitor our security camera feed during Sunday morning services. This role helps us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on campus.
No experience is necessary — training will be provided.
Our goal is to create a rotation schedule so no one serves every week. If you’re dependable, attentive, and willing to serve behind the scenes, we’d love to have you on the team.

AfterParty! Bowling & Dinner
Join us for bowling at Rolling Thunder Lanes and dinner after (place to be determined) on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 3:30PM. The cost is $13/person for the bowling. You will be responsible to pay for your own dinner. We will meet at Rolling Thunder. Bowling will be from 3:30-5:30PM and then dinner following. Please come a few minutes early to get your shoe rental. Please sign up and pay by April 11.

This month we are highlighting Jane Fischer with Converge.

Since 1993, I have been a missionary to Japan, teaching at Christian Academy in Japan. In this capacity, I teach Bible, English, and Social Studies to 8th grade international students, which provides daily opportunities to share the gospel with non-Christian students, as well as to disciple Christian students to grow in their faith walk. In addition to this work at school, I am part of a Japanese church, where I have the opportunity to disciple young Christian ladies in their faith walks. In my own neighborhood, I have been reaching out to two of my neighbors who are not yet Christians, but they are open to listening. Learn More HERE

Hey Moms, Grandmas, Aunts, and other special women! You’re invited to a sweet time of snacks, activities, and fancy tea with your preschool and elementary-aged children.
Join us on Saturday, May 9th from 10–11am for our annual Community Kids Mother’s Day Tea Party. Registration is required. Please register your entire party—adults and children.

This Sunday, as we continue in Judges, we'll be reading through chapters 17-21. Within these chapters we'd like to preface there will be scenes containing mature content. We want to make everyone aware so you can plan accordingly for yourself and your family.

From December to the end of February the shelter served 152 unique individuals from our community and opened emergency beds on 13 different nights during those 3 months. About 25 years ago, 12 men came to Pastor Lu and asked him to disciple them. Pastor Lu said, "yes", and based on 2 Timothy 2:2, taught them to teach others what they were learning. Today, over 7000 men and women are evangelists, pastors, and church planters in Southeast Asia and across it's borderlands. Pastor Lu calls these servants "Jesus Foot Soldiers". The deadline to register for our CSM Mission trip to Tulsa, Oklahoma this summer, June 27th - July 3rd will be closing THIS SUNDAY!

Praying Pelican Missions exists to build up, encourage, and assist the local Church in serving and reaching their communities for Christ. We'll be helping with Church Day Camps for Kids and doing several service projects including painting/cleaning, church projects and gardening projects.

Hosea's Heart is one of CCO's Ministry Partners and they're running a fundraiser - through Milwaukee Pretzel Company - where 50% of all proceeds will go towards their ministry! Learn more how you can purchase items HERE.

This month we are highlighting Asian Frontier Outreach.

About 25 years ago, 12 men came to Pastor Lu and asked him to disciple them. Pastor Lu said, "yes", and based on 2 Timothy 2:2, taught them to teach others what they were learning. Today, over 7000 men and women are evangelists, pastors, and church planters in Southeast Asia and across it's borderlands. Pastor Lu calls these servants "Jesus Foot Soldiers". Join us for Easter Jam, a fun-filled celebration for the whole family. We’ll have worship, crafts, bounce houses, and an egg hunt that kids won’t want to miss. We'll spend the afternoon celebrating the reason for the season—Jesus’ resurrection!

Community Kids is in need of individually wrapped candy for our Easter Jam egg hunt! This event brought over 300 children last year and we are excited to offer an egg hunt this year. Donations can be brought to Community Kids now through March 22nd! Thank you!

High School 2026 Summer Mission Trip
High School Students!!! Join CSM on a MISSION TRIP this summer, June 27th - July 3rd. We are going to Tulsa, Oklahoma in partnership with Praying Pelican Missions.

Praying Pelican Missions exists to build up, encourage, and assist the local Church in serving and reaching their communities for Christ. We'll be helping with Church Day Camps for Kids and doing several service projects including painting/cleaning, church projects and gardening projects.

This trip is open to students currently in 9th - 12th grade. Deadline to sign up is March 29th. Learn more and Register HERE

The Cafe 
This weekend in the cafe we will be serving Breakfast Sliders and Coffee Cake!

All donations raised in the cafe today will be supporting Vacation Bible School this June! For 5 days this building is filled with over 200 children from all over the community as they go on an epic journey to discover God’s Kingdom! Last year we had over 90 volunteers step up and make this time impactful, one parent said their daughter looks forward to it every summer. If you’d like to help make an impact please join us in serving at VBS! There are so many ways for you to get involved. Volunteers Needed!
We’re looking to build a small team of volunteers to help monitor our security camera feed during Sunday morning services. This role helps us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on campus.
No experience is necessary — training will be provided.
Our goal is to create a rotation schedule so no one serves every week. If you’re dependable, attentive, and willing to serve behind the scenes, we’d love to have you on the team.

Love Your Neighbor Challenge 
This Sunday is the LAST SUNDAY to bring in items to bless all our Free Little Pantries in Oshkosh and win a donut party! Remember the more individual items you have the more points you get, for example - a box of granola bars is 1-POINT, a box of 8 granola bars taken out of the box is 8-POINTS.

Snow Duels Celebrations!
This past weekend 114 students and 21 leaders braved the cold and had the BEST time at Snow Duels! 13 students raised their hands to welcome Jesus into their lives! God is GOOD. They specifically want prayers for the people they disciple who are overcoming addiction, incarceration, and broken family structures. Please make sure to have your student fed and to community church by 5:30pm on Friday the 6th. We plan to leave the parking lot no later than 6pm. We are planning to leave around 10:30am on Sunday which should get us back to church by 12:30pm.

Torch on the Tundra Men's Event
Torch on the Tundra is a Men's Ministry event where men of all ages can meet, eat, and recreate with other men of CCO out on the ice of a local lake. The event will feature a bonfire on the ice, venison chili, ice fishing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, broomball, and whatever else we decide to do for fun! We will create opportunities for guys to try these activities, even if they have no ice fishing gear, no snowmobiles, etc. Invite friends and family, come out, and if you have gear you want to play with on the ice, please bring it out.

Torch on the Tundra Men's Event
Torch on the Tundra is a Men's Ministry event where men of all ages can meet, eat, and recreate with other men of CCO out on the ice of a local lake. The event will feature a bonfire on the ice, venison chili, ice fishing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, broomball, and whatever else we decide to do for fun! We will create opportunities for guys to try these activities, even if they have no ice fishing gear, no snowmobiles, etc. Invite friends and family, come out, and if you have gear you want to play with on the ice, please bring it out.

Today’s world of busyness and full schedules, we often feel tired and burnt out. Jesus is inviting us to gather together into something more. Jesus offers us life to the fullest. Life with Jesus is a Feast - The Beauty of Sabbath. This simulcast with Kristi McLelland is an evening and full day event that will allow us to gather and feast upon God’s Word, to refresh our souls. Stephen Ministry Training
Stephen Ministry is launching new training! Stephen Ministers provide one-to-one Christian care—meeting weekly to listen, pray, and walk with someone through a challenging season. They’re trained lay caregivers, not professional counselors, but compassionate companions in Christ. Being a Stephen Minister may be one of the most fulfilling and transformative ministries you will ever be a part of. You will grow spiritually and gain skills to use not only in your caring ministry but also in your everyday relationships with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.

Being generous does not just mean with your finances, it is your time, your energy, the resources you have been given. Let's talk about how to align your generosity with Christ's view.

January is National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month and January 11th (this Sunday) is Human Trafficking Awareness Day. Join us in wearing BLUE on Sunday, Jan. 11th to raise awareness and join the fight against Human Trafficking.

1st Annual Human Trafficking Awareness Day Rally - Damascus Road Project
Damascus Road Project will be holding signs for the 16th Annual Human Trafficking Awareness Day Rally at the Opera House Square (sundial) in Oshkosh from 1pm-3pm. Come for an hour or stay for the entire event!  

Meet at the Oshkosh Police Department Community vehicle when you arrive. Dress Warm! Signs & hot beverages will be provided. No training required. Everyone is welcome. Please share! The more people we have, the greater the impact! An additional rally will be held in Waupaca if you are closer to that location at Public Gazebo Park on Main St. from 11:30am-1:30pm. Stephen Ministry is launching new training! Stephen Ministers provide one-to-one Christian care—meeting weekly to listen, pray, and walk with someone through a challenging season. They’re trained lay caregivers, not professional counselors, but compassionate companions in Christ. Being a Stephen Minister may be one of the most fulfilling and transformative ministries you will ever be a part of. You will grow spiritually and gain skills to use not only in your caring ministry but also in your everyday relationships with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.

NCFCA Christian Speech and Debate
The NCFCA is still looking for 300 community members willing to serve at the upcoming NCFCA Appleton Qualifier on January 6, 7, and 8th. Your willingness to listen, evaluate, and encourage is all we need!  Our competitors reach new levels when they get feedback from new people and new perspectives. Our tournaments allow you to choose a block of time that works for your schedule. In the span of 2-3 hours, you can make a life-changing impact by judging either a set of speeches or a round of debate.

We don't require any experience, and you can get started with very little training. All the resources you need will be at your fingertips. Register HERE to Volunteer.

Bring your favorite cup and join us for a morning of warmth and connection as we enjoy a hot cocoa bar with muffins and hear testimony from one of our Women’s Ministry leaders, Brenda Hernday, on her journey with God, how God led her to start a ministry, where that ministry is going, and how you can be engaged and encourage women around the world with her.

Torch on the Tundra Men's Event
Torch on the Tundra is a Men's Ministry event where men of all ages can meet, eat, and recreate with other men of CCO out on the ice of a local lake. The event will feature a bonfire on the ice, venison chili, ice fishing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, broomball, and whatever else we decide to do for fun! We will create opportunities for guys to try these activities, even if they have no ice fishing gear, no snowmobiles, etc. Invite friends and family, come out, and if you have gear you want to play with on the ice, please bring it out.

Worship services are at 8am, 9:30am and 11am. We'll be continuing our series, "Lowly King". This Sunday we'll focus on God's Love! God’s love enters the world humbly in Jesus, is announced to ordinary and overlooked people, and calls us to love God and others because every person is made in God’s image and deeply loved by Him.

Community Kids will be open for Full Programming during the 8am, 9:30 and 11am services. Community Kids Unlimited (CKU), our special needs children's ministry, will be available at the 9:30am service.

Christmas Eve at CCO!
“Lowly King” is the story of Heaven’s highest becoming Earth’s lowest-- the promised King who traded a throne for a manger to bring unstoppable hope, peace, joy, and love to all who make room for Him.
CCO will be having Christmas Eve services at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. Nursery will be available for children newborn - 2 years old at the 1pm and 3pm services. We can’t wait to celebrate the birth of our lowly king with you.

Men's Breakfast
The Tuesday morning men's Bible Study Group would like to invite all men to join them for a breakfast on Tuesday, December 16th from 6am-7am. We'll use this time to get to know other men within the church who may or may not attend a group. We encourage all men to attend, this breakfast is free and no registration necessary!

AfterParty! Christmas Potluck Party
AfterParty! Christmas Potluck Party is on Friday, December 19 from 5-9pm at Community Church Oshkosh. This year’s theme is Formal Attire. Formal attire is encouraged BUT not required. Women's Ministry | Cocoa Connections
Bring your favorite cup and join us for a morning of warmth and connection as we enjoy a hot cocoa bar with muffins and hear testimony from one of our Women’s Ministry leaders, Brenda Hernday, on her journey with God, how God led her to start a ministry, where that ministry is going, and how you can be engaged and encourage women around the world with her.

Torch on the Tundra Men's Event
Torch on the Tundra is a Men's Ministry event where men of all ages can meet, eat, and recreate with other men of CCO out on the ice of a local lake. The event will feature a bonfire on the ice, venison chili, ice fishing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, broomball, and whatever else we decide to do for fun! We will create opportunities for guys to try these activities, even if they have no ice fishing gear, no snowmobiles, etc. Invite friends and family, come out, and if you have gear you want to play with on the ice, please bring it out.

Vida offers free medical services, parenting support, mentoring and material assistance to women and families across Northeastern Wisconsin - always with dignity, grace and the assurance that no one walks alone. Stephen Ministry Training
Stephen Ministry is launching new training! Stephen Ministers provide one-to-one Christian care—meeting weekly to listen, pray, and walk with someone through a challenging season. They’re trained lay caregivers, not professional counselors, but compassionate companions in Christ. Being a Stephen Minister may be one of the most fulfilling and transformative ministries you will ever be a part of. You will grow spiritually and gain skills to use not only in your caring ministry but also in your everyday relationships with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.

Snow Duels is the CSM Winter Retreat for Middle School and High School students you won't want to miss. Join us February 6-8, 2026 at Silver Birch Ranch Camp. Get ready for your relationship with God to grow deeper through a weekend of fun, fellowship, inspiration, and lots of snow!

Worship services are at 8:30am & 10am. Happy Sunday! We'll be continuing our series, "Lowly King" in preparation for Christmas Eve! Community Kids will be leading us in worship at both the 8:30 and 10am services. There will be a time for communion during both services as well.

Community Kids will be open for Full Programming during the 8:30am & 10am services. Community Kids Unlimited (CKU), our special needs children's ministry, will be available at the 8:30am service.

This weekend in the cafe we will be serving Cinnamon Rolls!

All proceeds will go toward supporting Bruce & Stephanie Szcyubialka who serve with Navigators International Student Ministry at Texas Tech University. Every Navigator’s passion is to help others to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same. Through small-group Bible studies and Life-to-Life discipleship, we come alongside people and teach them to be Christ’s followers as they study and apply the Word of God to chart their lives. Then we train them to pass what they have learned on to others.

Baptism Celebrations
On Sunday, November 23rd we had over 40 individuals publicly proclaim their love for Jesus and were baptized! Join us as we pray for all of these individuals as they continue in their walks with the Lord.

Bless A Family!
Our Bless A Family Tree, is out in the lobby and ready for you! This is an annual outreach event to help provide joy and a gift to families who may be experiencing hardships this holiday season. Please stop by the tree out in the lobby to select a gift or two. All gifts must be returned to CCO by December 7th.

Thai Treasure Boutique Benefit for Asia Frontier Outreach
The Asia Frontier Outreach is hosting a benefit to raise money for AFO scholarships! On Saturday, December 6th from 9am-3pm at Oakbrook Church here in Oshkosh! The benefit will have all homemade items by Thai artisans and will include jewelry, home decor, accessories, Christmas ornaments & decor "stocking stuffers".

Youth on the Move
November is Youth HOPE Month! Youth Homelessness Outreach, Prevention, & Education (HOPE) Month.

Home Base, a program of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley; in partnership with businesses and organizations throughout our communities, seeks to raise awareness and provide services, support, and resources for young people in our community, with Youth on the Move.

Home Base is “shining a light” on this unseen population by illuminating the Houdini Plaza fountain and Jones Park in green this November. By painting green footprints in safe support places in the community, Home Base hopes to show youth that when they walk, they are not walking alone, but alongside their community.  Look for yard signs and flyers near the green footprints to learn more about this vulnerable population in need of support.

Let's Celebrate!
We want to extend a huge Thank You to everyone who gave toward the shipping costs for our Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes.
Community Kids was able to send a total of 98 boxes total, 36 Greatest Journey boxes, and raised $1,984.47 to send them. The kids LOVED packing the shoeboxes on Sunday morning, and it was so sweet watching them pray over each box before they got shipped.

Samaritan’s Purse sends gift-filled shoeboxes to children in need around the world together with the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Community Kids is having a packing party TODAY, Nov. 16th with a goal to pack 50 boxes. Your giving today helps support the costs of shipping those boxes put together by Community Kids. Each shoebox costs about $10 to ship. The CCO Café will be open on November 16, with all proceeds going toward shipping costs. Our goal is to raise $450 to send all 50 boxes!

The Table Project
When we look around our community, we see real people—our neighbors, fellow parents, grandparents, children—who are living day-to-day without the assurance of a meal. Which is why we’re launching a new initiative called The Table Project—a way for our church family to temporarily come alongside local households who are struggling to put food on the table. Learn more HERE

Our Bless A Family Tree, is out in the lobby and ready for you! This is an annual outreach event to help provide joy and a gift to families who may be experiencing hardships this holiday season. Please stop by the tree out in the lobby to select a gift or two. All gifts must be returned to CCO by December 7th.

“Lowly King” is the story of Heaven’s highest becoming Earth’s lowest-- the promised King who traded a throne for a manger to bring unstoppable hope, peace, joy, and love to all who make room for Him.
CCO will be having Christmas Eve services at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. Nursery will be available for children newborn - 2 years old at the 1pm and 3pm services. We can’t wait to celebrate the birth of our lowly king with you.

Community Kids Shoebox Party (Operation Christmas Child)
Community Kids is having a packing party for Operation Christmas Child THIS SUNDAY, Nov. 17th with a goal to pack 50 boxes and we need your help with the shipping costs!
 
Each shoebox costs about $10 to ship. The CCO Café will be open on November 16, and a bake sale will be in the lobby with all proceeds going toward shipping costs. Our goal is to raise $450 to send all 50 boxes!

When we look around our community, we see real people—our neighbors, fellow parents, grandparents, children—who are living day-to-day without the assurance of a meal. Which is why we’re launching a new initiative called The Table Project—a way for our church family to temporarily come alongside local households who are struggling to put food on the table.

Greear in this four-session series as he takes a deeper look at Jesus as Emmanuel, our Wonderful Counselor, the Everlasting Father, and the great I Am. When you know Jesus, you will realize Christmas is more than a nice story—the arrival of Jesus changes everything.

In ‘Awakening Wonder – Experiencing the Nearness of Jesus’, you are invited into this centuries-old practice of Advent—the intentional anticipation of God’s presence with man. This study was designed to help you meditate on and marvel at Jesus’s incarnation, the wonderful truth that Jesus took on flesh and came near to us.

Gabi and Elliott serve in Poland - one of the least-reached countries on the least-reached continent of Europe with an evangelical population of 0.3%. Long having both served with youth and youth leaders, God introduced Gabi and Elliott to a Polish organization called Chrześcijańska Służba Muzyczna (CSM) - a ministry called to equip worship leaders and musicians to be disciple-makers in the local church in Poland.
Their prayer is to see God transform Poland through believing musicians, and through Poland, to transform Europe and the world.

Winter Collection Drive
Young Adults is collecting items to help keep our homeless community warm, nourished, and encouraged this season. People can donate new or gently used items. The goal is to make winter care packages for our homeless neighbors!
Items that would be needed are; warm socks, gloves/mittens, hats, non-perishable snacks, lip balm, lotions, tissues

Damascus Road Project was founded in 2009 and is dedicated to fighting the evil of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. We began as a grass roots ministry and recruited volunteers from church to help with the ministry. We worked out of our cars and our homes for many years until we finally had a permament office in 2018. We recently re-located from that space to 1528 Oregon Street in Oshkosh.

All proceeds will go to supporting Hosea's Heart. Hosea’s Heart is a safe home for girls who have been sexually exploited and girls at risk for abuse. Within a family-centered environment, our girls receive trauma-informed care, attend school, and grow together as sisters in a safe space, receiving holistic healing and hope.

This month we are highlighting Damascus Road Project!

Damascus Road Project was founded in 2009 and is dedicated to fighting the evil of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. We began as a grass roots ministry and recruited volunteers from church to help with the ministry. We worked out of our cars and our homes for many years until we finally had a permament office in 2018. We recently re-located from that space to 1528 Oregon Street in Oshkosh.

Fall Fest!
Enjoy a family-fun afternoon with trunk or treating, face painting, balloon animals, bouncy houses, games and activities for the whole family to enjoy on October 19th from 2-4pm. Registration for this event is not required.

Dress up as your favorite cartoon character, a silly costume, or come as yourself! We will have prizes for the "best dressed" at the event! Reminder: this is not a scary event. Please do not wear/decorate anything with fake blood, skull & crossbones, etc.

Foundations Classes!
Foundations classes will be launching on Sunday, September 10th & 14th! This Fall classes won't just be on Sunday mornings but also offered on Wednesday evenings as well.
