About Bob & Carol's Mission
Bob serves as a Regional Leader for Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. We serve our workers across multiple nations and ministries. In addition, we connect with indigenous ministry leaders to help equip and support them in their unique efforts to reach their own people and neighboring people groups.

For 170 years Converge has helped churches bring life change to communities in the U.S. and around the world through church planting and multiplication, leadership training and global missions

Our region has become the largest in Converge!  The Lord has led new workers to the Baltics, Eastern Europe, the UK, and Israel. We’ve connected with new ministries in Ukraine, Morocco, Romania, Finland, and others nations.

  • We recently met a young family who worked faithfully in Turkey for a dozen years. They were expelled by the Turkish authorities after a local Muslim Imam reported them as a “security threat,” because they promoted Christianity. They are unsure if their next steps. We have talked with them about joining our team as Turkish Language Ministry Catalysts. We’ve been praying and seeking someone for that role for 4 years. Pray for God’s leading for them and us.

How Can We Help?

The care of an aging, increasingly confused parent is a great challenge, as anyone who has been so engaged can testify. It is a drain on every part of a person - spiritually, physically, emotionally, relationally, financially. Our greatest need is for prayer. Prayer for patience, kindness, and love for both my mother and between Carol and me. Prayer for Bob as he begins a new role as Regional Leader. The scope of the work, and the importance of it, can be daunting, to say the least. We are treading on new ground in modern missions. It is essential that we have wisdom and direction from the Holy Spirit, and that He brings the right people along side to help with this great effort.
